Nutrition Kitchen is a software program that allows students to work in a virtual kitchen to ‘cook’ different recipes, while learning about nutrition. Upon completing a recipe, students are able to review the nutritional facts and assess whether or not their ingredients make for a good meal choice. The ultimate goal is to make students aware of what they’re eating and ultimately yield healthier meal choices.
