Portable Foundation Finder (PFF)

Nov 17th, 2016 by presce2

pff_banner

PFF is a smart phone application that can analyze a photo of the user’s face and output the best foundation that matches the user’s skin tone. This is the only color-detection app on the market that provides actual product suggestions based on a wide variety of shades and brands.  If the best calculated foundation matches are below a certain percentage (80%), the pantone is put into a separate database which can then be sold to makeup companies so they are aware of what markets they are not capturing. This app could be used to promote racial equality within the makeup industry.
