Assessments and Surveys Used

These worksheets were used as a knowledge assesment of what the children knew before we began teaching and interviewing them about cooking and math. We had the students take these surveys during our second visit.
This recipe was used during our third trip to the Arc Charter School. The activity served as an evaluation for the children’s ability to follow directions and allowed Courtney and Christina to finalize their project path to cooking.
After the students played “Cookie Creations” during the RPI students’ forth visit to the school, this survey was used to determine whether the students gained knowledge from the game.
